Money-Back Guarantee
Every new paid subscription includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 7 days of your first charge — for any reason — by emailing support@thepermittest.com, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Renewals
Renewal charges are refundable if requested within 7 days of the renewal date and the Service was not substantially used in the new period. Cancel anytime to prevent future renewals; access continues until the period ends.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds where we detect abuse (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles). Statutory refund rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
