Accessibility Statement
Effective date: July 21, 2026
Our commitment to an accessible study experience for everyone.
Our Commitment
The Permit Test is committed to making its study materials usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies. New drivers of every ability deserve equal access to exam preparation.
Standards and Measures
We design toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Measures we take include semantic HTML landmarks and headings, labeled controls and ARIA attributes on interactive elements, keyboard operability, alternative text conventions for instructional imagery, color choices checked for contrast, and text that scales with browser settings.
Accessibility is reviewed as part of our development process. Because the Service changes frequently, some content may occasionally fall short of our standards; we treat reported issues as bugs and prioritize fixing them.
Known Limitations
Some practice-question diagrams convey road scenarios visually. We provide question text that describes the scenario, and we are working to expand text alternatives for all instructional graphics.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on The Permit Test, please email support@thepermittest.com with the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve confirmed barriers promptly.
