Reporting Infringement

The Permit Test respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

To file a notice, send our designated agent (support@thepermittest.com, subject “DMCA Notice”): (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notices

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by § 512(g)(3). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
